From Today's New York Times
To the Editor:
When we release the prisoners now at Guantánamo Bay, many will go back to their homelands and carry out attacks similar to what we just saw in India.
And despite what many say, I believe that these people would have done this before they came to Gitmo, and not because of it.
So the question becomes: What do you do with a person so evil that he will never give up the idea of killing Westerners until they are dead?
I eagerly await Barack Obama’s plan to try these barbarians in United States federal court. Security, both physical and national, will be a nightmare.
Teaching about constitutional law and actually having to protect America and enforce the law are two very different things. We’ll see how Professor Obama reacts to his first encounter with reality.

Note from KBJ: Expertise in constitutional law merely enables one to evade the Constitution's strictures while seeming not to.

Think of the consequences when, not if, an Islamic Jihadi released into the US kills some people.
The Dimwiticrats will be thrown out of power and will wander in the political wilderness for many generations.
My in-laws are rabid lib......democ......progress......moonbat commies and argue constantly for the release of the choir boys currently in stir at Gitmo. I can make their eyes do about seventy rpms by simply asking them where those poor unfortunates go upon release considering that many released so far have subsequently had to be killed in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Releasing them if they promise to do no further battle is useless as Islam requires that they lie to the infidel. (For those of you in Rio Lindo and Dade County, that's us.) So the result will be active killers free to move about the country killing as they see fit.
