John Sullivan sent a link to this column about the National Baseball Hall of Fame. You probably think I'm a homer by supporting Jack Morris and Alan Trammell, who played for my beloved Detroit Tigers. No. Kirk Gibson was also an important member of the 1984 World Series champions, but I don't think he had a good enough career to be in the Hall of Fame. Morris and Trammell did.
