I don't see how anyone with any integrity can support Mitt Romney. He is trying to buy the nomination; and if he succeeds, he will try to buy the presidency. He is dishonest, ruthless, and vicious, as are the people (Ann Coulter, George Will, Charles Krauthammer, Jennifer Rubin, Elliott Abrams, Jason Chaffetz, et al.) who are doing his bidding. If you say that he's better than Barack Obama, and therefore deserves your support, then you're saying that the end justifies the means. It doesn't. I'd rather lose than win dishonorably.
Addendum: I laugh when I hear it said, by conservatives, that only Mitt Romney is electable. He's distinctly unelectable.

Nobody is claiming that Romney is a saint. But if it comes down to a choice between Romney or Obama, I will take Romney on the off chance he MAY be less damaging to the country than Obama IS.
George Will and Charles Krauthammer vicious? LOL.
The truth is, nobody we elect is really going to try to reign in spending. We will become fiscally conservative when there is no other option left. But in the mean time, judges will be appointed. I would rather have a dishonest, ruthless, vicious Republican doing this than have a dishonest, ruthless, vicious Obama doing this.
Yes, I am that jaded.
