Cycling

I broke my left collarbone during today's bike rally in Waxahachie. The E.R. doctor sent me home with no treatment other than a prescription for pain pills and a tetanus shot for the road rash. I'm to see an orthopedist on Monday. The bone looks and feels as though it's going to break through the skin. I completed 54.43 miles of the 78-mile course. My friends Joe and Phil took care of me after the accident. Katherine is attending to my injuries here at home. I'll get back to blogging as soon as possible.
