Law, Part 2

Nearly three months ago, I made this prediction about ObamaCare. Here is law professor Erwin Chemerinsky's prediction (made the same day, coincidentally). Chemerinsky says that the Supreme Court will uphold ObamaCare and that "the decision will not be close." Since 5-4 is close, he must think it will be 9-0, 8-1, 7-2, or (to be charitable) 6-3 in favor of ObamaCare. Let's see who's the best prognosticator.
