If Barack Obama loses the 2012 election, it will be because he is half black. Steel yourself for this; it will be the mantra of progressives. Those awful conservatives are racists! But wait. Wasn't Obama already elected? Was it racism then? Could it be racism now but not then? Were people unaware of his skin color in 2008, but aware of it now? And what about the people who voted for Obama because he is half black? Are they racist? If not, why not? Isn't racism treating people differently on account of race?
