Here is the latest on Lance Armstrong. Will it matter to me if George Hincapie testifies under oath that he saw Armstrong use performance-enhancing illicit drugs? No. I would merely wonder about his motive for lying. The bottom line, to me, is that Armstrong never tested positive for a banned substance. No amount of testimony, even by respectable people such as Hincapie, can counter that fact. A confession by Armstrong would, obviously.
