Frank Schleck's second drug test came back positive. I don't believe him when he says he was poisoned. Most people who admit to using performance-enhancing drugs claimed initially that they were poisoned. The Tour de France ends Sunday. Almost certainly, the winner will be Englishman Bradley Wiggins, who has ridden brilliantly. Here is video of the final kilometer of today's stage. The breakaway was caught at the last second (figuratively speaking). Mark Cavendish is the fastest man on two wheels.
Addendum: Cavendish averaged 28.19 miles per hour on the 138.2-mile course. I can't even wrap my mind around that.
